Refund and Returns Policy
At Rahcos, we are committed to delivering high-quality, scientifically formulated skincare products designed by expert cosmetologists. Due to the hygienic and personal nature of skincare products, our return and refund policy is carefully structured to ensure safety and fairness.
Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Overview
Our return policy is valid for 7 days from the date of delivery.
If 7 days have passed since delivery, we may not be able to offer a refund or replacement.
2. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return or replacement only under the following conditions:

The product was damaged during transit

You received the wrong product

The product has a manufacturing defect
To be eligible:

The product must be unused and unopened

The product must be in original packaging

You must provide proof of purchase (Order ID / Invoice)

The return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns of opened or used skincare products.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

Opened or used skincare products

Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage

Products purchased during special sales or promotional offers (unless damaged)

Gift cards or promotional vouchers
4. Refund Process
Once your return is approved:

Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment

The process may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, you may be asked to share your bank account details for processing the refund.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:

Check your bank account again

Contact your credit card provider (refunds may take time to reflect)

Contact your bank
If you still have not received your refund, please contact us.
6. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need an exchange for the same product, please contact us.
Replacement orders will be processed after verification of the issue.
7. Allergic Reactions & Skin Sensitivity
Rahcos products are formulated with advanced scientific ingredients and natural extracts suitable for various skin types. However:

Individual skin reactions may vary

We strongly recommend performing a patch test before full application

Refunds will not be issued for personal skin reactions unless a manufacturing defect is identified
8. Return Shipping

If the return is approved due to damage or incorrect product, Rahcos will arrange return pickup.

If the return is not due to our error, shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.
